Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes within the Leominster and Fitchburg territory
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager to deliver high-quality care
• Respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied home environments
• Maintain professional documentation and patient progress tracking

Requirements

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-year physical therapy experience
• Willingness to drive within the designated territory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A can-do attitude and ability to adapt to patient needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health care
