About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients within their homes in a designated territory
- Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager to deliver high-quality care
- Respond appropriately to the diverse needs of patients and families in various home environments
- Maintain professional standards while conducting home health visits Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Willingness to drive within the assigned territory to reach patients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, "can-do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Home Health care
