Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven outpatient orthopedic therapy

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
