Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Educate patients and families about conditions and home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Professional liability insurance
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in outpatient, home health, or clinical physical therapy settings
• Experience with diverse patient populations and various diagnoses
