Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Ability to float between Norman, Moore, Purcell, and Newcastle locations
