Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders
• Use therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment
• Relieve pain and improve movement and function
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing therapy support
• Provide services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care, or Home Health settings

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in rehabilitation
