Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders
• Use therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment
• Relieve pain and improve movement and function
• Work as part of a team providing support and information within the Physical Therapy discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in rehabilitation
• Willingness to provide services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care
