About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Use manual therapy to improve patient outcomes
- Make independent clinical decisions and document efficiently during the workday
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with active populations or athletes
- Motivation to participate in mentorship and fellowship programs
