About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess patient goals and limitations to develop a therapeutic plan of care
- Carry out therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques
- Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress notes using Raintree EMR
- Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Provide regular updates to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Promote health and wellness through community outreach
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure
- CPR Certification
- Understanding of biomechanics and functional movements
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
