Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess patient goals and limitations to develop a therapeutic plan of care and therapy timeline
• Carry out therapeutic interventions using the latest evidence-based techniques
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Raintree EMR
• Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Provide regular updates to patients, physicians, and other therapists
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Promote health and wellness through community outreach and local events

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR Certification (or ability to complete upon hire)
• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Strong understanding of biomechanics and functional movements
