Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess patient goals and limitations to develop a therapeutic plan of care
• Carry out therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques
• Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress notes using Raintree EMR
• Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Provide regular updates to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Promote health and wellness through community outreach

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR Certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Understanding of biomechanics and functional movements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Experience in a private clinic or hospital setting
