About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on restoring function and improving quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and home exercise programs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Alabama Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three years of outpatient orthopedic experience
