Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required therapy
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions
• Oversee patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Develop comprehensive programs and goals to attain patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Arizona state license or eligibility to apply upon relocation
• CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic clinic settings preferred
• Skills in exercise and manual-based sports rehabilitation
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Experience with sports rehabilitation
