Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Clinical experience in pelvic health rehabilitation, including internal and external pelvic floor evaluation and treatment
