About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical work for children using DIR/Floortime principles
- Carry out home or community-based sessions on a part-time basis
- Coordinate care with other clinicians through prompt note writing and video review
- Attend IFSPs for Early Birds clients and assist in writing measurable gross motor goals
- Administer physical therapy tests and assessments and update progress reports
- Attend staff supervision, trainings, and planning meetings
- Participate in supervision meetings with the Early Birds Director and team
- Utilize company software and follow administrative protocols
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Ability to provide in-home services
