Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care
- Participate in structured mentorship and skill development programs
- Engage in clinical operations and caseload management
- Pursue professional growth and potential leadership roles such as Directorship or Clinical Instructor
- Utilize EMR platforms and clinical technology for patient documentation
Requirements
- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active CPR certification
- Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in specialized areas such as manual therapy or differential diagnosis
- Desire to pursue leadership or clinical instructor pathways
