Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting
- Participate in clinical operations and skill development
- Engage in manual therapy, differential diagnosis, and patient communication strategies
- Manage caseloads and work toward clinical independence
- Potential for leadership development including Directorship and Clinical Instructor training
Requirements
- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active CPR certification
- Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in specialized clinical areas or leadership roles
- Passion for designing and implementing specific specialty programs
