Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation care
• Participate in structured mentorship programs for skill development
• Engage in clinical operations and caseload management
• Pursue professional growth through manual therapy and differential diagnosis training
• Potential for leadership development including Directorship and Clinical Instructor roles

Requirements

• Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Active CPR certification
• Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in specialized areas such as manual therapy or differential diagnosis
• Desire to pursue leadership or clinical instructor pathways

Benefits

• Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
