Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care
- Participate in structured mentorship programs for skill development
- Engage in clinical operations and caseload management
- Pursue professional growth through manual therapy and differential diagnosis training
- Potential for leadership development including Directorship and Clinical Instructor training
Requirements
- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active CPR certification
- Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
