Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide care and treatment based on physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards
• Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
• Provide coverage across various clinic locations in Eastern Suffolk

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
• Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR
• Ability to travel to multiple clinic locations within the region
