Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care
• Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
• First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency
