Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care
• Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut or eligible
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
• New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive training
