Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide care and treatment based on physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards
• Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
• Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR
• Ability to manage personalized treatment plans for outpatient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialized certifications such as Schroth, Pelvic Floor, OCS, PCS, NGS, or WCS
• Interest in pursuing an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency
