About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide care and treatment based on physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards
- Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest in pursuing specialty certifications (Schroth, Pelvic Floor, OCS, PCS, NGS, or WCS)
