Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions directly in their homes, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility
• Deliver customized therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to enhance functionality and alleviate pain
• Educate patients and their families on safe body mechanics, home exercise routines, and lifestyle adjustments
• Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Coordinate care seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid Kansas state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license-eligible
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in developing effective, home-based treatment plans
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
