Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical conditions, including mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility
• Provide high-quality therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and customized interventions
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe body mechanics, posture, and home exercise routines
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with legal and state standards
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and facility staff to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license-eligible
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills for geriatric populations
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients
