Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to the assigned high school student
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the student, family, and school team
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency across school and home environments

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York
• Ability to provide NYC DOE fingerprinting and vendor status
• Proof of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents or students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow school protocols
