Physical Therapist Inpatient

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations for inpatient populations of all ages
• Develop, revise, and document individualized goals and treatment plans throughout the episode of care
• Document all assessments and treatments in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards
• Manage department caseload with personal adaptability, flexibility, and timeliness
• Ensure accurate and thorough patient charging as part of daily charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to advocate for patient needs
• Meet individual performance goals and department expectations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Successful completion of the national certification board
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license in good standing
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent
• Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month and assist with holiday coverage
• Flexibility to provide coverage at various Concord Hospital sites when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an interdisciplinary team including providers, patients, and families
