Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient
• Develop and modify appropriate treatment plans for each patient
• Ensure high-quality patient care
• Use clinical reasoning for treating, planning, implementing, and monitoring progress
• Maintain accurate and discreet patient records

Requirements

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments for new patients
• Degree from an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Current and unrestricted CA PT license or ability to apply
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Health experience
