Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required treatment
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Oversee patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Implement physical therapy treatment programs and provide essential treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state license and CPR certification
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office
• Skills in exercise, sports rehab, and manual therapy

• Experience in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation
