Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to support children’s gross motor development, mobility, strength, and participation in educational and daily activities
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans and IEP or IFSP goals
• Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and caregiver coaching across center-based and community settings
• Monitor and document progress toward therapy goals and adjust interventions based on data
• Collaborate with teachers, service coordinators, families, and other related service providers
• Participate on IEP and IFSP teams to provide input on motor development and adaptive equipment

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• Ability to work in both center-based and community/home settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or early childhood experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills
