Physical Therapist Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care
• Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations
• Participate in ongoing education for professional growth
• Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development
• Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience in clinic management
