Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review patient medical records to determine required physical therapy
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete written plans of care and develop goal-oriented programs
• Implement and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Currently registered and licensed in the state of Nevada
• CPR certified
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Experience in exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehabilitation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital

• Base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000
