Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop/implement treatment plans in accordance with licensure and department standards
• Re-evaluate patients and update goals for all patient episodes of care
• Maintain documentation that is compliant with HIMS/QA standards and meets medico-legal needs
• Manage all insurance and charging requirements
• Maintain productivity levels that support patient access and clinic needs
• Participate in hospital or departmental initiatives, such as student supervision, community education, or program development
• Deliver a high-quality patient experience to ensure high satisfaction scores

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and diverse populations
