Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with licensure and department standards
• Re-evaluate patients and update goals for all patient episodes of care
• Provide one-on-one patient care during 45-minute appointments
• Maintain documentation that is compliant with HIMS/QA standards and meets medico-legal needs
• Manage insurance and charging requirements
• Participate in hospital or departmental initiatives, such as student supervision, community education, or program development
• Maintain productivity levels that support patient access and clinic needs

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Hampshire
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orthopedic or manual therapy
• Experience treating specialty diagnoses such as vestibular, lymphedema, oncology, or concussion
