Responsibilities

• Lead a new clinical team in West Bloomfield, MI
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and set business targets
• Analyze financial performance and patient outcome data
• Drive patient care, referral relations, and community outreach
• Participate in the hiring process to build and develop the team
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individualized care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Experience in clinical management or outpatient leadership is preferred
