Responsibilities
- Lead the Houston outpatient clinic
- Mentor staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Build strong patient relationships
- Support clinic operations and growth
- Engage with the community through marketing and outreach
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership mindset and self-starter attitude

- Salary range of $85,000 – $92,000 including a $5,000 sign-on bonus
