About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including PTAs and technicians
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports
- Lead marketing efforts through physician visits and community engagement
- Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current Tennessee Physical Therapist License (PT)
- CPR certification
- Experience in clinic management
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sports medicine or industrial rehabilitation
