Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including PTAs and technicians
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports
• Lead marketing efforts through physician visits and community engagement
• Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist License (PT)
• CPR certification
• Experience in clinic management
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sports medicine or industrial rehabilitation
