BenchMark Physical Therapy is opening a brand-new clinic in Florence, SC. As part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, we represent a family of over 1,200 clinics nationwide, offering clinicians paths to ownership, mentorship, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new clinic team and build operations from the ground up
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care to patients
• Foster an environment of learning and professional growth for team members
• Manage clinic operations and drive clinical excellence

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited PT program
• Drive to pursue professional growth and leadership
• Passion for patient care and community connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Interest in clinical leadership and partnership opportunities
