Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
• Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians

Requirements

• Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
