About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
- Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians
Requirements
- Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
