Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Availability to work on Fridays consistently for this PRN role
