Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy and build lasting patient relationships

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)
