Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Work with physical therapist and therapy team to execute individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Associates Degree as PTA or equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Virginia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine
