Sport & Spine Clinic of Greenwood is an outpatient physical therapy practice that specializes and treats many physical impairments and conditions. We are a team that is dedicated to providing the highest quality care in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the PT’s treatment plan
• Assist with implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Document patient progress and education clearly and accurately
• Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Support rehab techs and contribute to smooth clinic flow
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or upcoming Wisconsin PTA license
• CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently and independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or willingness to learn outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation
