Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patients to develop and initiate treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Support in implementing physical therapy treatment programs
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and progress reports

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or upcoming state of Wisconsin PTA license
• CPR certification
