About the Company

A leading, national provider of pediatric therapy services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an elite multidisciplinary team. This organization brings together experts across Speech, Physical, Occupational, and ABA therapy to deliver holistic, life-changing care to children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized pediatric treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists
• Provide direct care utilizing therapeutic exercises, neuromotor activities, manual therapy, and modality applications
• Monitor and document patient progress and report clinical observations to the Physical Therapist
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and adaptive techniques
• Maintain timely documentation of patient treatments and behavioral responses in compliance with regulatory standards
• Partner with supervising PTs and fellow therapists (OT, SLP, ABA) to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license-eligible
• Strong therapeutic abilities with a knack for engaging children
• Proficiency in pediatric therapy equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems
