About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and prescribed interventions
- Support manual therapy techniques as directed by the supervising PT
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on home programs, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Collaborate closely with supervising PTs and the clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and enjoyable clinic environment
Requirements
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible Idaho PTA license
- Interest in developing and advancing manual therapy skills
