About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow appropriate plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatment methods to assist patient recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and billing
- Provide 1:1 patient care on a 40–60-minute schedule
Requirements
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy assistant
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Proven work or clinical experience as a PTA
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal system structure and function
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with post-operative protocols
- Wound care experience
- Specialty certifications
