Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand condition, needs, and goals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes
• Deliver effective therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and functional activities
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and recovery expectations
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the in-house therapy team
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
