Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand conditions and goals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through physical assessment
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to patient outcomes
• Deliver therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans
• Track progress and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
• Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to ensure quality of care
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
